My approach is to offer a very personal purchasing experience - offering friendly courtesy and dealing directly with your requirements over the telephone.
I have pleasure in detailing a recent customers experience of dealing with me, by reproducing the unedited letter Sheila wrote after she received her waistcoats!
"I have always liked waistcoats and still have half a dozen which I have had for many years, these I wear regularly summer and winter. I was very pleased when I heard that after a lapse of around a decade they were to be back in fashion, when I saw what is available in the shops I was bitterly disappointed with the masculine military style and drab colours.
In desperation I resorted to the Internet and entered "Ladies Waistcoats" on Google, more of the same drab garments until I came upon Artworksandwaistcoats by Jackie Wills. What a fantastic website with many gorgeous waistcoats, they were all so beautiful my first thought was that these would be very expensive.
Unlike most websites it was very simple to find a personsal contact number and to my amazement equally simple to speak to a really charming lady - Jackie Wills. Instantly there was complete rapport and after a friendly chat a price was agreed, I posted a cheque to await not one but two waistcoats.
Two days earlier I was amazed as the waistcoats arrived beautifully wrapped, they were both totally unique and so stunning that even the website cannot portray the true beauty of these lovely garments. As Jackie did not have a true idea of my size one waistcoat was a little small and after a friendly chat this was returned to be replaced. Less than five days later the replacement arrived, another exquisite work of art.
I am so delighted with my waistcoats, Jackie is such a friendly, kind and extremely talented person and I will have no hesitation in strongly recommending her to a great many people."

Sheilas' blue willow and horse waistcoat. The detail continues to the back of the garment. I have been using the willow design for several years - I never tire of it - such lovely movement. The leaves are embroidered in greys and blues - the lines are very random - I am very spontaneous when I sew - I never think too long but go with my immediate gut instinct. Occasionally though I will leave the garment unfinished and keep looking at it - then suddenly inspiration hits and I sew to finish.
Sheilas' Pastel Pinks and Mauves Short Waistcoat. The leaves are Clematis - The precise detail cannot be seen in this photograph - there are many lines of discreet stitching that really make you look close and touch it.
